We value work-life balance as a key tool for enhancing our associates’ creativity and productivity. **Job Description** We are seeking a Security Monitoring Operator to join our office in Guadalajara, with the following responsibilities: * Respond to alarms generated by intrusion, fire, or access control systems according to established security procedures. * Execute security protocols upon detecting any risk situation via intrusion, fire, access control, or digital video systems. * Conduct virtual patrols using the digital video system and report relevant incidents to clients via agreed-upon procedures and communication channels. * Monitor the operational status of monitoring system devices and notify clients or vendors of any malfunctions for correction; record such issues in the designated registration platform (CRM). * Monitor and track GPS-enabled devices. Generate reports on GPS device or platform failures or disconnections.
