We are currently seeking talent for the position of: **Motorcycle-Based Customer Service Manager** --------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities:** * Our business model requires this role to validate the information of customers visiting our branches to apply for bank loans, including verification of residential address details. * We understand that challenging situations may arise during payment periods; therefore, you will assist customers in their first weeks of delinquency with payment plan management, aiming to prevent accounts from becoming overdue. * We aim to build long-term relationships with our customers, making customer service fundamental to delivering outstanding support—addressing inquiries regarding payment terms or available payment options. **How will you perform this role?** Our company is committed to improving the lives of both our customers and employees through our services. Accordingly, from your first two weeks on the job, you will receive training on our business model and work processes. Upon completion of training, you will be provided with protective gear and technological equipment to ensure safe travel on assigned routes. YOU DO NOT NEED TO OWN A MOTORCYCLE—we provide one, and after a certain period, YOU MAY PURCHASE IT. You will begin working remotely from home—the value of time is essential for all of us, and maintaining family quality of life is paramount.
