Hotel Dorados Conventions \& Resort We are looking for your talent Junior Marketing JOB OBJECTIVE Support the execution of the company's marketing, advertising, and communication strategies, contributing to brand positioning, campaign promotion, social media management, and support for events or promotions. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Create and publish social media content. Monitor digital and traditional advertising campaigns. Develop basic designs and promotional materials. Cover events, activations, and promotions. Prepare performance reports and metrics for the Marketing Management. Perform administrative tasks within the department. Coordinate advertising and printing vendors. Update marketing databases and materials. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or Public Relations Experience 6 months to 1 year in marketing, social media, or advertising (preferred).
