Position: Maintenance Technician for Restaurant / Restaurant Refrigeration Chambers (**CV with photograph**) **Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks throughout the restaurant. This may include repairing kitchen equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, plumbing and electrical work, as well as general cleaning and maintenance tasks—with particular emphasis on refrigeration problem-solving. **Responsibilities:** * Troubleshoot general refrigeration issues and refrigeration problems specific to restaurant cold rooms. * Perform routine repairs and maintenance throughout the restaurant. * Maintain kitchen equipment and other facilities in good working condition. * Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to avoid future problems or breakdowns. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment. * Collaborate closely with management to identify and address maintenance needs. **Requirements** * Prior experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a restaurant environment. * Basic knowledge of general refrigeration and restaurant refrigeration chambers, plumbing, electricity, and carpentry. * Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. * Knowledge of general equipment maintenance. * Completed high school education (minimum requirement). * Age range: 25–50 years. * Ability to drive. * Valid driver’s license.
