You will be responsible for supporting the proper operation and maintenance of hotel facilities, ensuring compliance with maintenance programs and brand quality standards. You will also manage inventory control and execution, monitor and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules, and track logbook completion. Requirements: Age: 25–45 years old Education: Technical degree in Maintenance, Engineering, or related field Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry Basic knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry) Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
