Job Summary: We are seeking a Sportswear Pattern Maker to create and grade patterns, interpret sketches, and conduct fit tests, ensuring functionality and comfort. Key Highlights: 1. Create and grade patterns for sportswear. 2. Advanced proficiency in Lectra Modaris. 3. Essential focus on sportswear or activewear. Sportswear Pattern Maker. * Create patterns and develop sizes (grading) for a wide range of sportswear items (leggings, tops, jackets, shorts, etc.). * Interpret design sketches and technical specifications to translate them into precise patterns. * Use Lectra Modaris software for pattern creation and modification. * Conduct fit tests on models, identifying and resolving fit and construction issues. * Ensure garment functionality and comfort. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Pattern Maker, with an essential focus on sportswear or activewear. * Advanced proficiency in Lectra Modaris. * Solid knowledge of industrial garment construction techniques, especially for elastic and technical fabrics. * Proven ability in size grading and precise pattern grading. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. * Technical degree / Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, Garment Construction, or a related field.
