We seek someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, learns quickly, and is passionate about the hospitality industry. · Key Responsibilities Operating fryers for boneless chicken, wings, french fries, etc. Ingredient Preparation (Mise en place): Washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables. Basic Preparations: Assisting in sauce, side dish, and salad preparation. Cleaning and Disinfection: Maintaining work areas, utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces in impeccable hygienic condition during and after service. Stock Management: Receiving supplier deliveries, verifying product quality, and properly organizing storage in refrigerated chambers and pantries. Service Support: Assisting in plating and ensuring orders are dispatched on time according to the establishment's quality standards. Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. · Additional Requirements: Experience: Preferably 6 months in a similar position; entry-level candidates with strong motivation to learn and flexible availability are also welcome. Attitude: Proactive individual capable of working under pressure and collaboratively. Physical Skills: Stamina for standing work and agility in movement. Flexibility: Availability to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays. Speed and Efficiency: Ability to perform repetitive tasks swiftly without compromising quality.
