Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer with experience in SQL Server, Power BI, and analytical programming languages to develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, manage data, and collaborate with teams. Minimum 1 year or more of experience. Advanced experience in SQL Server and Power BI. Knowledge of analytical and programming languages (Python, DAX, MDX). Technical knowledge: Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.). Advanced knowledge of data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, tabular models). Development of ETL/ELT processes (extraction, transformation, and loading of data). Design and maintenance of data warehouses and data marts. Integration of data from diverse sources (APIs, ERP, CRM, etc.). Implementation of data governance and security best practices. General knowledge: * Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Build and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes to ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability. * Design and maintain data models and analytical structures (data warehouses, data marts, tabular or multidimensional models) aligned with business needs. * Validate and debug data quality, identify inconsistencies or errors, and propose corrective actions. * Collaborate with IT, data intelligence, and end-user teams to integrate diverse information sources (ERP, CRM, external databases, etc.). * Automate reports and data flows to reduce operational time and improve information generation efficiency. * Monitor BI solution performance and availability, performing continuous adjustments or improvements as needed. * Support the definition and implementation of data governance and security policies, promoting responsible and controlled use of information.
