RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Client service (companies and investors). Follow up with companies throughout their onboarding process into the fund * Ensure complete submission of required documentation * Address basic questions regarding the process, forms, and next steps * Assist in coordinating meetings or communications with clients. 2. Administrative and operational support: Organize documentation, forms, and files for each company * Review and track operational tasks and compliance with requirements * Input and manage information in internal platforms (CRM, databases, etc.) 3. Support in financial analysis: Participate in preparing basic financial models * Assist in developing presentations and executive reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * 1 or 2 years of experience in similar roles (preference given to candidates with some prior experience) * Strong interpersonal skills and interest in process organization * Basic knowledge of corporate finance and financial statements * Proactivity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn * Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills (simple financial models) * Preferred: Prior experience in investment funds, consulting firms, or financial institutions.
