Supervise and ensure compliance with established service, hygiene, and operational process standards. 16. Identify repair needs and generate maintenance work orders, regularly updating the punch list. 17. Prepare shift schedules for bar servers, attendants, and bartenders. 18. Verify décor according to themed nights. 19. Inspect storage areas. 20. Supervise internal cleaning of consumption areas. 21. Meet the required performance indicator for CRISTAL certification by verifying and evaluating food and beverage hygiene handling procedures. 22. Recommend daily drink specials to guests. 23. Resolve customer complaints. 24. Report any anomalies affecting dining service to the supervisor. 25. Conduct and coordinate periodic bar inventories to ensure established stock levels. 26. Select, evaluate, and train bar department staff (bartenders, bar servers, attendants, and assistants). 27. Responsible for maintaining valid permits and licenses and ensuring they are visibly displayed. 28. Develop strategies to prevent shrinkage, misuse, or loss of products and supplies across all property bars. 29. Contribute to achieving the department’s established workplace climate index by maintaining effective communication and positive relationships with supervised staff. 30. Complete training programs by delivering assigned topics. 31. Meet the required performance indicator for Distintivo H certification by verifying and evaluating food and beverage hygiene handling procedures.
