Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics or accounting professional to manage inventory, goods receipt, recordkeeping, and warehouse organization, ensuring process optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end inventory and warehouse management 2. Coordination of goods receipt and registration 3. Logistics process optimization and discrepancy control REQUIRED PROFILE: Logistics, Business Administration (LAE), Accounting. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Inventory counting and verification: Conduct periodic counts (cyclic or full) and physical verification of goods; compare results against the system and record discrepancies for investigation. * Goods receipt and registration: Inspect and validate incoming deliveries (quantities, references, and condition), register receipts in the system, and coordinate correct warehouse placement. * Record control and updating: Maintain up-to-date inventory systems (item coding, locations, batches, expiry dates), generate movement reports, and support balance reconciliation. * Warehouse organization and maintenance: Arrange and label products, ensure proper storage conditions (cleanliness, safety, FIFO/LIFO rotation as applicable), and optimize layout to facilitate item location. * Discrepancy detection and management: Investigate variances between physical inventory and records, report losses or damages, propose corrective actions, and collaborate with procurement and operations to prevent recurrence. * Physical count tracking for incoming steel purchase receipts MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * ERP * Billing systems * Intermediate Excel * Microsoft Office suite * Record and system management * Discrepancy reconciliation * Goods receipt and dispatch * Warehouse organization * Process analysis and optimization * Supply chain knowledge * Flexible schedule: * 8 AM to 4 PM * 7 AM to 5 PM WE OFFER: Per diem Statutory benefits Employee discounts If you meet the requirements, apply at phone number 9612364626 Salary: $10,000.00 per month Work location: On the road
