




**Location:** Southern part of Mexico City **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM **Starting Salary:** $24,000–$28,000 MXN per month, net. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. * **Age:** Over 30 years old. * **Gender:** No preference. * **English:** Technical level (minimum required). * Ability to simultaneously manage four large-scale projects. * Ability to supervise personnel (1–4 people). **Mandatory Experience:** * Minimum 6 years’ experience in development, coordination, proposals, and solutions for executive projects related to the aforementioned installations, specifically within: shopping malls, supermarkets, large corporate buildings, other commercial sector facilities, business-class and large-scale hotels, and residential developments—verifiable. * Development of the following engineering disciplines: Hydraulic, Sanitary, Stormwater, Gas, Fire Protection, Condensate, and Alternative Systems. * Development of drawings across all stages, design bases, calculation reports, and itemized catalogs. * Coordination with other installations and engineering disciplines within a project. * Supervision of at least two subordinates. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks (basic level required). * 80% of professional experience must be office-based, as this position is not for on-site construction work but rather for office-based engineering tasks—including calculations for pumping equipment, recirculators, boilers, water heaters, pipe diameters, pressure loss, etc. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD (drawing generation). * Knowledge of national and international codes and regulations (mandatory and verifiable). * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets. * Specific knowledge of NFPA 13, 14, and 20 (minimum requirement). * Familiarity with NOM-004-SEDG-2004 and other applicable standards. * Coordination with other disciplines (electrical, HVAC, specialty systems). **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of executive projects for hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, fire protection (PCI), and gas installations. * Preparation of alternative system projects. * Preparation of calculation reports (e.g., primary and secondary piping, pressure loss, sprinkler selection and layout, pump and boiler selection, etc.). * Preparation of corresponding itemized catalogs. * Value engineering development and comparative analysis tables for different systems. * Strict application of IMSS regulations, local building codes, complementary technical standards, and international standards (NFPA, ASPE, IPC, etc.). * Supervision and task delegation among team members to ensure timely delivery of multiple projects. * Coordination of internal IHS (Hydrosanitary Engineering) projects, as well as with structural, architectural, and other installation disciplines. * Resolution of installation-related issues within the Revit model. * Review of projects using either Navisworks or the Revit model itself. * Selection and review of equipment (e.g., pumps, boilers) through vendor evaluation. * Generation of drawings referencing external architectural and structural models (or other necessary installation models). **Software Proficiency:** · AutoCAD 2D – Intermediate/Advanced · Microsoft Office – Intermediate/Advanced (Excel, Word) · Revit MEP – Basic proficiency required · Navisworks – Basic proficiency required **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth opportunities.
