A company in the restaurant, bakery, and pastry business is looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to its team to lead and formalize the Human Resources department. Job Objective: Design, structure, and operate the Human Resources department, ensuring proper personnel administration, effective recruitment, and the establishment of controls and procedures that support business growth. Main Responsibilities: * Personnel administration (hiring, terminations, incidents, personnel files). * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Development and monitoring of HR controls, policies, and procedures. * Support in labor relations and employee assistance. * Coordination of payroll-related incidents and, preferably, payroll preparation. * Compliance with statutory benefits and labor regulations. * Support in onboarding processes, workplace climate initiatives, and internal organization. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager. * Knowledge of personnel administration, recruitment, payroll, and labor law. * Ability to structure processes and work autonomously. * Organization, follow-up, and results-oriented mindset. * Experience in operational businesses (restaurants, retail, services) is desirable.
