We’re looking for your talent HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER Requirements * 2 years of experience in human talent management Responsibilities: * Support the Talent Acquisition Management team in staffing the hotel according to its budget, aiming to meet the company’s expectations by identifying the best available professionals for each position. * Monitor training and continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to provide every employee with more and better tools to perform their work with excellence and efficiency. * Establish internal communication channels; lead internal communication efforts to keep employees well informed — ranging from optimal dissemination of information to liaison with labor unions. * Participate in developing manuals for optimal job performance, standardizing procedures under which employees carry out their duties within the hotel. * Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, in accordance with the principles of the Federal Labor Law. * Foster an optimal working environment by managing actions that guarantee the hotel is a safe and suitable workplace — from physical improvements to workspaces to proposing new employee benefits.
