Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this position is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers’ homes, delivering quality, speed, accuracy, and excellent service. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure on-time and accurate order delivery while maintaining quality standards. \- Provide customer service in accordance with our service protocol. \- Proper use of work tools (smartphone and app) for correct order assignment, real-time tracking, and product delivery. \- Keep the vehicle (motorcycle) clean and in good working condition. \- Comply with safety protocols and traffic regulations while driving. Requirements \- Completed secondary education \- Valid motorcycle driver’s license \- Experience operating a standard motorcycle \- Familiarity with mobile apps and digital platforms (food delivery and/or courier services, etc.) \- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and delivery roles.
