




**Job Objective** Lead bar operations to guarantee an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring proper beverage execution, team hospitality, and alignment with brand standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily bar operations during service. * Ensure warm, prompt, and professional service to customers. * Prepare and standardize classic and signature cocktails according to established recipes. * Coordinate and support bartenders and barbacks during service. * Train bar staff on service techniques, hospitality, and customer handling. * Ensure proper presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the bar before, during, and after service. * Resolve customer incidents empathetically and professionally. * Coordinate with captains, servers, and management for efficient service flow. * Supervise proper use of glassware, tools, and supplies. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. **Required Experience** * Minimum **3 to 5 years** as a bartender in high-volume bars or specialized-concept restaurants. * At least **2 years in a leadership or bar coordination role**. * Direct experience in **customer service and hospitality**. * Experience managing peak operational periods. * Night shift schedule.
