Someone with genuine passion for customer service, who enjoys teamwork, is dynamic, proactive, organized, and excels at managing multiple tasks under pressure. What should you bring in your backpack? **Languages:** Advanced English **Education:** Minimum of 2 years completed in hospitality, customer service, or tourism At least 1 year of professional experience in the sector Desirable – Proficiency with hospitality platforms (OPERA, Guesty, Cloudbeds, etc.) Expert knowledge of OTAs (Airbnb, Booking, Expedia…) Tech-savvy attitude: Curiosity and ease in adopting new digital tools What will you do daily?
