




**Vacancy: English Teacher** **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education (with English certification) or Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language or Foreign/Modern Languages or Languages or Secondary Education with specialization in English * Minimum 2 years of experience as a full-time English teacher in front of a class. * 1 year of experience in preparing, administering, and supporting students in international English proficiency certification processes (e.g., Cambridge and ETS) or equivalent. **Responsibilities:** 1. Design and plan classes aligned with IMAA’s institutional educational model, ensuring meaningful English language learning. 2. Select teaching strategies, activities, and instructional resources appropriate to learning objectives, group context, and student diversity. 3. Organize academic work considering timelines, content, assessments, and projects. 4. Deliver content clearly, systematically, and relevantly, fostering the development of communicative competencies in English. 5. Guide students during individual and group activities, promoting active participation, critical thinking, and autonomy. 6. Supervise classroom work and support students in projects, assignments, and academic activities. 7. Design, administer, and analyze assessment tools to measure academic progress and identify areas for improvement. 8. Provide timely, formative feedback that contributes to continuous learning improvement. 9. Use assessment results to adjust lesson planning and teaching practice. 10. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students with varying learning paces, styles, and needs. 11. Provide personalized support to promote inclusion and holistic student development. 12. Identify academic, social, or emotional needs and refer them appropriately when necessary. 13. Promote institutional values such as respect, responsibility, cooperation, and empathy. 14. Maintain an orderly, positively disciplined, and healthy classroom environment. 15. Encourage teamwork and the development of social skills. 16. Maintain effective and respectful communication with parents regarding students’ academic performance, behavior, and needs. 17. Participate in meetings, interviews, and school reporting as required by the institution. 18. Timely and responsibly maintain attendance records, grades, reports, and other academic documentation required by the school and the Ministry of Education. 19. Comply with institutional guidelines, regulations, and academic calendars. 20. Collaborate in organizing and implementing extracurricular activities, school events, ceremonies, festivals, and institutional projects. 21. Contribute to strengthening the educational community through active and responsible participation. 22. Participate in professional training, workshops, and continuing education programs to enhance teaching practice. 23. Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, coordinators, and administrative staff. 24.
