A bilingual school is seeking a dedicated, organized, and passionate **English/Spanish Teacher** for **3rd grade**, committed to education. The teacher will be responsible for a class following a **bilingual model**, in which **half of the instructional time is delivered in Spanish and the other half in English**, fostering students’ holistic linguistic development. **Main responsibilities:** * Deliver lessons in Spanish and English according to the school’s academic curriculum. * Plan, implement, and assess instructional activities. * Prepare weekly lesson plans and curriculum adaptations based on students’ needs. * Monitor students’ academic and socio-emotional progress. * Maintain effective communication with parents and the teaching staff. * Promote a positive and respectful learning environment. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in English (spoken and written). * Experience or training in elementary education (preferred). * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Ability to make curriculum adjustments. * Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
