Due to our expansion, we are seeking new talent—join our team as: SALES EXECUTIVE Objective: Responsible for customer attention and service through product consultation and demonstration—including features and benefits—with the goal of closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: * Customer service delivery, ensuring excellent service based on the Friedman model. * Customer prospecting and acquisition—both in-store and via telephone calls. * Preparation and follow-up of quotations. * Increasing average transaction value through sound consultation and outstanding customer service. * Merchandise cleaning and organization. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field. * Experience in industrial sales, preferably within the steel industry. * Skills in prospecting, follow-up, and closing sales. * Knowledge of route planning and customer visits. * Negotiation and customer service capabilities. * Personal vehicle for local transportation.
