Transform non-formal education into a creative environment **Join the Papalote Museo del Niño Cuernavaca team!** **What will be your mission?** You will be the guardian of the **Papalote Educational Model**, ensuring that mediation, exhibitions, and cultural programs (artistic, social, and educational) deliver a meaningful, playful, and high-quality experience for all our visitors. **Your key challenges:** * **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement the annual work plan, efficiently managing human, material, and budgetary resources. * **Educational Innovation:** Design and update content for temporary exhibitions, seasonal workshops, and interpretive activities in collaboration with various departments. * **Impact and Social Responsibility:** Lead community intervention projects that promote a culture of peace and social well-being in the local area. * **Talent Management:** Coordinate the training and certification of our Educational Guides, achieving excellence in service delivery. * **Institutional Relations:** Manage relationships with educational authorities, civil associations, and service providers to strengthen the museum’s community. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Cultural Management, or related fields.
