We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Engineer responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of data solutions that enable data ingestion, processing, modeling, and delivery for various analytical and operational use cases. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and modeling processes. * Implement data models across **bronze, silver, and gold** layers within the data ecosystem. * Create and optimize SQL queries, and collaborate on **logical and physical database modeling**. * Participate in building and maintaining **data pipelines** and orchestration workflows. * Collaborate on implementing and maintaining solutions based on **Datalake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse** architectures. * Work with containers using **Docker**, including local installation and execution of images from public repositories. * Support tasks within **Cloud Native** environments, primarily **AWS**. * Contribute to code versioning using **GitHub**, and to CI/CD workflows. * Collaborate on projects managed in **Azure DevOps**, including Azure Boards. * Apply **Scrum**, Kanban, or waterfall methodologies depending on the project. Requirements: * Experience or knowledge of **Python or Scala**. * Proficiency in **SQL databases**: querying, logical and physical modeling. * Knowledge of data modeling across **bronze–silver–gold** layers. * Understanding of **Datalake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse** architectures. * Basic experience with **orchestration workflows**. * Familiarity with **Cloud Native** environments. * Use of **Docker** to run local containers. * Basic knowledge of **AWS**. * Familiarity with **DevOps** and **CI/CD** practices. * Knowledge of **GitHub** for code versioning. * Knowledge of **Azure DevOps** (Azure Boards). Desirable: * Proficiency in **Apache Spark**. * Experience with **Pandas and/or Polars**. * Additional experience in detailed pipeline design and implementation.
