Empathetic handling of complaints and suggestions Join our team We are seeking customer service personnel **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person assistance to members and visitors. * Provide information regarding operating hours, events, and sports facility services. * Address complaints, suggestions, and reports, routing them to the appropriate departments. * Support the organization and promotion of sports activities and events. * Maintain up-to-date member information in the system. * Monitor users’ compliance with internal regulations. * Assist with administrative tasks within the customer service department. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum education: Junior high school or high school diploma. * Customer service experience (preferred). * Basic knowledge of sports activities (preferred). * Basic computer and record-keeping system skills. **Skills and Competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude and courteous demeanor. * Clear and effective communication. * Empathy and conflict resolution skills. * Organizational ability and teamwork. * Proactivity and accountability. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Rotating shifts / weekends * Employment type: On-site Benefits Savings fund disbursement twice per year Monthly grocery vouchers On-site cafeteria 30-day year-end bonus Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,500.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Free parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
