




Job Summary: A culinary professional responsible for preparing food with quality and speed, supervising kitchen assistants, and managing supplies to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of food with freshness, quality, and speed. 2. Advising and training kitchen assistants. 3. Management of supplies and kitchen maintenance. * 1\. Review and prepare the production list to ensure all necessary materials are available for the assigned area. * 2\. Prepare food in the kitchen to serve customers with the required freshness, quality, and speed. * 3\. Perform support activities (raw material rotation and purification, mise en place setup) for the preparation of specific dishes to expedite delivery to diners. * 4\. Advise assigned kitchen assistants on food preparation to facilitate their learning and mastery of preparation techniques. * 5\. Prepare food across all areas according to specific diner requests, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction through required freshness, quality, and speed. * 6\. Compile the supply list for food preparation needed in the kitchen to maintain full stock levels. * 7\. Participate in organizing, arranging, and cleaning all areas related to food and beverages to keep the work area clear and in optimal condition. * 8\. Maximize utilization of all raw materials and products to optimize yield without compromising staff or customer interests. * 9\. Unconditionally follow all instructions received from the immediate supervisor to deliver service meeting the company’s quality standards.
