Join our team as a **Steward Supervisor** for the kitchen area. **WORK LOCATION**: Perisur Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Rotating schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and assign roles to staff for deep cleaning. * Provide onboarding, training, and coaching on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures for Sanitation), chemical handling, and PPE. * Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly deep-cleaning routines for major equipment, floors, drains, walls, and food-contact surfaces. * Conduct rapid tests (reactive strips) to verify sanitizer concentration and rinse temperature. * Maintain inventories and par stock of tableware, glassware, cutlery, utensils, and racks. * Implement and enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. * Prepare logs (openings/closures, deep cleanings, temperatures, ppm, breakages, incidents). * Comply with internal audit policies and checklists (internal, client, certification-related). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in similar positions * Availability for on-site work at Sanborns Perisur **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Biweekly pay * Tips * Monthly grocery vouchers equal to 10% of salary * Cafeteria service * Statutory benefits (Social Security, vacation days, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation bonus, Sunday premium, etc.) * Life insurance * Discounts at Sanborns and affiliated companies within Grupo Carso * Employee loan program * Savings fund Interested candidates are invited to apply via this platform or attend an interview at our offices located at Av. de la República 145B, 06030 Mexico City.
