Daily cash control and reconciliation Hotel Dorados Conventions \& Resort Hiring: Cashier **Job Objective** Efficiently and securely manage hotel collection, billing, and revenue control operations, ensuring financial accuracy and delivering friendly service to guests and internal customers. **Operational Duties and Responsibilities** * Process cash, credit card, and bank transfer payments. * Operate point-of-sale (POS) terminals. * Open and close cash registers. * Perform daily cash control and reconciliation. * Accurately record consumption charges and billing entries. * Apply hotel collection policies. * Manage vouchers and receipts. * Identify cash discrepancies and report them. * Serve guests with courteous and professional conduct. * Resolve inquiries related to payments or charges. * Coordinate with front desk and restaurant departments. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma (minimum). * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, or Accounting preferred. * One year of cash handling experience (preferably in hospitality or restaurants). * Experience handling cash and POS terminals. * Hotel property management systems (PMS) experience preferred. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Honesty and integrity. * Customer service orientation. * Organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure.
