Supervise all branch areas to ensure excellent service and correct operation of your assigned shift. You will be directly responsible for everything running smoothly—from opening to closing, cash handling, inventory management, and your team’s performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise shift opening and closing procedures * Cash handling and Soft Restaurant system operations (cash drops, withdrawals, pre\-drops) * Inventory control and supply verification * Supervise staff attendance, uniform compliance, and performance * Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and waitstaff * Complete control forms and KPIs * Address and resolve operational incidents * Manage delivery platforms (Uber Eats / DiDi / Rappi) What Are We Looking For? * Age: 25–40 years * Education: Completed or incomplete high school * **Minimum 1 year of relevant experience**: assistant manager, shift supervisor, restaurant supervisor, or restaurant manager * Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills * Knowledge of food handling, inventory control, and cash management * Leadership, honesty, punctuality, and excellent attitude * Flexible availability (morning or evening shifts) * Complete and up-to-date documentation What Do We Offer? * Monthly salary of $13,740 * Performance bonus for assistant managers * IMSS enrollment * Complimentary uniforms * Flexible rest-day scheduling * Positive work environment * On-site employment with fixed shift Interested?
