Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bartender to operate the bar, ensure exceptional service, and execute beverage preparation while maintaining brand standards and hospitality. Promotion of service techniques and hospitality **Job Objective** Operate the bar to guarantee an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring accurate beverage execution, team hospitality, and alignment with brand standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Daily bar operation during service (opening or closing). * Deliver warm, efficient, and professional service to customers. * Prepare and standardize classic and signature cocktails according to established recipes. * Support the team during service. * Promote service techniques, hospitality, and customer handling skills. * Ensure proper presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the bar before, during, and after service. * Resolve customer issues empathetically and professionally. * Coordinate with captains, servers, and management for efficient service flow. * Supervise proper use of glassware, tools, and supplies. * Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations. * Conduct inventory management and monitor shrinkage and supplies. * Place orders for bar replenishment. **Required Experience** * Minimum **3 to 5 years** as a Bartender in high-volume bars or specialized-concept restaurants. * At least **2 years** in current position. * **Fluent English** * Direct experience in **customer service and hospitality**. * Experience managing peak operational periods. * Communication skills * Problem-solving skills * Rotating shifts (12 PM–9 PM or 2 PM–Close) * 2 days off per week * Statutory benefits We seek a candidate demonstrating minimum one-year employment stability in previous roles and who has no issue with closing shifts after 11:30 PM.
