




Position Summary: Prepare high-quality beverages, keep the bar operational, and deliver an enjoyable experience for guests while managing supplies and inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining order and cleanliness at the bar. **Location:** Ultramarinos de Fran, CDMX **Schedule:** Full-time Position Objective Prepare beverages with quality, speed, and attractive presentation; maintain the bar in optimal operational condition; control supplies and inventory; and deliver an efficient and pleasant experience for guests. Key Responsibilities * Prepare cocktails, beverages, and distilled spirits according to established recipes and standards. * Set up and dismantle the bar station at the beginning and end of each shift. * Serve guests directly at the bar and coordinate orders with waitstaff. * Requisition bar supplies in an organized and timely manner. * Conduct daily counts of key items (ice, fruits, opened bottles). * Monitor stock levels and perform weekly supply and beverage inventory roll-forwards. * Record internal consumption and reconcile surpluses/shortages with management. * Report losses, incidents, and restocking needs. * Participate in monthly full-inventory counts with the management team. * Maintain consistent order and cleanliness at the bar, workstation, and utensils. * Suggest process, presentation, or service-time improvements where possible. Essential Requirements * Minimum 1 year of bartender experience in an active restaurant or bar. * Knowledge of classic mixology, basic wines, and distilled spirits. * Proficiency in handling bar tools, glassware, and workstations. * Ability to organize supplies, track consumption, and minimize waste. * Strong service orientation and effective communication with floor and kitchen teams. * Punctuality and responsibility. Desirable but Not Mandatory * Experience in Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine restaurants. * Knowledge of vermouths, sherries, and classic aperitifs. * Basic proficiency in spreadsheet software or inventory apps (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Softrestaurant).
