




**Job Objective:** Provide customers at food and beverage outlets with an enjoyable and expert beverage and service experience, based on the implementation of excellence standards in quality, professionalism, and friendliness, in accordance with the Hotel’s policies and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times, adhering to the Hotel’s standards. * Take orders and serve any food and/or beverages and/or other items. * Availability to rotate across the Hotel’s various food and beverage outlets. * Responsible for selling food and beverages. * Responsible for keeping their work area well-organized at all times. * Ensure effective communication with the kitchen, servers, and supervisory staff to deliver professional service. * Maintain a professional, warm, and sincere appearance, as well as impeccable personal hygiene. * Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues at the food and beverage outlets, as well as with staff from other departments. * Report for duty punctually wearing the complete and clean uniform. * Attend monthly departmental meetings and any others as required. **General Skills:** * Availability and flexibility to rotate shifts * Requires constant movement * Attention to detail * Dynamic * Teamwork * Effective communication **Requirements:** * Knowledge of Food and Beverage * Minimum education: High school diploma * 70% English (Intermediate\-Advanced) Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: $7,905\.90 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Application Question(s): * How far do you live from the hotel (in travel time)? * What is your level of English (for service purposes)?
