Position: Bar / Bartender (Mitemaki Duraznos) **Location:** Paseo Arcos Bosques (Duraznos), Bosques de las Lomas, CDMX. **Employment Type:** Full-time. **Candidate Profile:** A professional passionate about hospitality and Japanese mixology. **About the Role** At Mitemaki, the bar is an extension of our author kitchen. We seek talent who not only knows how to craft drinks but also understands the importance of precision, temperature control, and aesthetic presentation in every service. **Key Responsibilities** * **Drink Preparation:** Crafting signature cocktails, classics, sake, Japanese teas, and coffee. * **Ingredient Management:** Preparing garnishes, syrups, and bases (bar mise en place). * **Inventory Management:** Monitoring stock levels of bottles, soft drinks, and critical supplies to prevent shortages. * **Customer Service:** Providing direct bar service with impeccable manners and food-and-drink pairing suggestions. * **Cleaning & Organization:** Performing deep cleaning of the workstation according to Distintivo H standards. * **Glassware Handling:** Consistent care and polishing of premium glasses and tumblers. **Required Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years working in luxury restaurant or fine-dining bars (sake or Japanese product experience preferred). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in classic cocktail techniques, preparation methods, and basic knowledge of wines/distillates. * **Appearance:** Excellent personal presentation. * **Attitude:** Proactive, organized, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining elegance. * **Availability:** Rotating shifts (opening and closing). **We Offer** * Competitive base salary. * **Tip Distribution Scheme** * Statutory benefits. * Staff meal service. * Training in Japanese culture and author mixology. * Job stability within an expanding group.
