Purpose of the Position: We seek a dynamic and multifaceted individual to serve as the right hand of management. Your primary objective will be to ensure flawless daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and—most importantly—lead the growth of our new events division (banquets, furniture, and logistics). Key Responsibilities: 1. Event Management and Sales (Primary Focus): - Prospecting and lead follow-up. - Scheduling on-site appointments for demonstrations and tastings. - Closing sales and drafting event contracts. - End-to-end event logistics: from table linen and furniture selection to service supervision on event day. 2. Administrative and Operational Control: - Staff supervision (attendance, job roles, and adherence to standards). - Support in inventory control and point-of-sale (POS) system management. - Ensuring standardized processes and recipes are followed in both kitchen and dining areas. 3. Customer Service: - Ensuring daily diner satisfaction at the restaurant. - Professional conflict resolution and feedback handling. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles (restaurant administration, banquet sales, or event coordination). Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation ability, team leadership, and strong sense of urgency. Attitude: Proactive, organized, and highly detail-oriented (we seek someone who notices even a single fork). Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekend availability (critical for event execution).
