This role offers significant professional growth opportunities, as you will handle financial and documentation advisory services, logistics coordination, vehicle delivery, and post-sales support—all while collaborating closely with various internal departments to guarantee efficient and timely execution of each process stage. **Doesn’t that sound amazing?!!!** **Key Responsibilities:** End-to-end client follow-up, advisory, and support throughout the vehicle reservation, sale, and/or purchase process. ● Detailed explanation of financing plans, customer profiling, and creditworthiness analysis. ● Coordination and execution of vehicle deliveries, including scheduling of logistics services, system data entry, and inventory control. ● Data entry, document verification, and file management for purchase, delivery, and return processes. ● Post-sales support, resolution of inquiries or issues, and customer satisfaction follow-up. ● Coordination with internal departments—including workshop, credit, legal, and customer service—to ensure a seamless and complete customer experience. ● In-person reception, personalized attention, and guidance of customers at the physical location. ● Personalized advisory support to customers during their vehicle sales process. ● Data entry, document verification, and file management for purchase, delivery, and return processes. ● Assistance in reviewing required documentation to finalize the customer’s vehicle sale as quickly as possible.
