**Position Objective** Lead the company’s accounting and finance function, ensuring financial information is reliable, timely, and useful for decision-making, while strengthening controls, tax compliance, and financial efficiency in a growth-oriented environment typical of a telecommunications company. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree awarded). * Master’s degree or specialization in finance, taxation, or auditing is desirable. * Total experience of 6\-8 years in advisory/boutique firms, auditing, and/or financial consulting. * Knowledge of NIF/IFRS, corporate taxation, auditing and internal control, CAPEX, fixed assets, and infrastructure. * Experience in General Management. * ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is desirable. **Responsibilities** * Lead the company’s general accounting function in accordance with NIF/IFRS. * Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. * Supervise and optimize accounting, tax, and internal control processes. * Prepare and analyze financial statements. * Coordinate compliance with tax obligations. * Design and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies. * Serve as financial advisor to senior management. * Support financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
