





Job Objective Provide operational and administrative support to the Training Department, assisting in the implementation, follow-up, and control of onboarding, continuous training, and staff development programs, ensuring a positive learning experience for employees. Key Responsibilities * Support logistics for in-person and virtual courses (attendance lists, venues, materials). * Track participant attendance and evaluations. * Assist in onboarding processes for new hires. * Update training databases and records. * Support the development of basic training materials (presentations, manuals, templates). * Coordinate announcements and communication with employees and leaders. * Assist with administrative tasks in the department (reports, evidence tracking). Requirements * Education: Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in training, HR, or administrative roles (preferred). * Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
