Operations Leader Position Objective Plan, direct, and optimize manufacturing and maintenance service operations, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with quality, safety, and cost standards, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities · Responsible for Operations and Production · Plan and supervise manufacturing and service processes to meet quality goals and delivery timelines. · Optimize the use of human, technical, and material resources. · Implement continuous improvements in production processes. · Maintenance Services: Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance departments. · Define maintenance plans and monitor their proper execution. Experience · Preferred experience in industrial boilers · Minimum 5 years in similar positions. · Proven experience in manufacturing and industrial maintenance environments. (Preferred in Industrial Boilers) · Personnel management experience (operational and technical staff). · Technical Knowledge · Manufacturing processes. · Maintenance management. · Performance indicators (KPIs). · Industrial safety and quality standards.
