Within our business line **TONADA**, we are seeking an OPERATIONS LEADER with proven experience who wishes to continue developing within a solid, human-centered organization. **Essential Requirements:** Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in logistics, maintenance, administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. **Knowledge in:** * **Logistics and Distribution** · Plan and supervise local and foreign delivery routes for finished products, ensuring on-time deliveries in optimal condition. · Verify that vehicles, loading equipment, and operators meet legal, technical, and sanitary requirements. · Monitor loading, unloading, and ensure inventory rotation based on expiration dates. · Maintain control of delivery documentation and batch/product traceability. **Warehousing and Inventory** · Execute and supervise monthly local inventory closings and stock reports. · Ensure compliance with good warehousing practices, order, and cleanliness. · Manage incoming, outgoing, returned, and damaged finished products. · Validate receiving conditions for products from the main plant and coordinate physical placement. **Technical Service and Maintenance** · Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of installed Post-Mix equipment. · Assign technical resources (personnel and vehicles) according to operational priority. · Accompany and verify compliance with the regional technical plan. · Channel requests for equipment installation, removal, or reconditioning. *We seek a person with leadership, initiative, and strategic vision, capable of making sound decisions in dynamic contexts.* *Someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to standards, ensuring consistent results.* *With effective communication skills, teamwork ability, and conflict management expertise, fostering positive and collaborative relationships.* *Who adapts easily to change, works under pressure with a sense of urgency, and consistently maintains a customer-oriented approach—both internal and external.* **We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses. * Savings fund (6.5%) * Grocery vouchers ($1200) * Biweekly payment via Banorte * Availability: Mon-Fri 08:00–18:00 hrs / Saturday 09:00–13:00 hrs (100% on-site) Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings box * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
