Job stability **Position: Human Resources Generalist** -------------------------------------------- ### **Are you passionate about Human Talent and eager to grow in the HR field?** We are looking for a committed, organized, and highly personable Human Resources Generalist who enjoys working with people and wishes to develop professionally within a dynamic and collaborative environment. ### **What will be your mission?** You will play a key role in the comprehensive management of human capital, ensuring efficient processes for talent acquisition, administration, and employee support, thereby contributing to a positive work environment and the achievement of company objectives. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Posting and tracking job openings on employment portals. * Conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding. * Induction and onboarding process for new employees. * Administration and maintenance of employee files. * Attendance tracking: absences, tardiness, vacations, and leaves of absence. * Support in payroll processes (hiring, termination, and attendance-related matters). * Employee assistance and follow-up. * Support in implementing internal policies and labor regulations. * Participation in workplace climate and performance initiatives. ### **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in a similar role. * Basic knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law**. * Experience in recruitment and interviewing. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. ### **Key Skills** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and process-tracking abilities. * Sense of urgency and proactivity. * Discretion, ethics, and confidentiality. * Teamwork and service-oriented attitude. ### **What do we offer?** * Competitive monthly salary of **$12,000 to $14,000** * Opportunity for growth and learning * Healthy and collaborative work environment * Job stability
