An Automotive Company is seeking an HR Generalist **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * 2–3 years of experience * Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency * Basic knowledge of SUA payroll and IDSE systems **Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff * Preparation and tracking of employment contracts and labor documentation * Vacation control * IDSE registrations * Attendance and incident reporting * Employee support and follow-up **Profile** Excellent attitude Ability to adapt to company policies and guidelines Organized, committed, responsible, and honest individual Process-compliance and teamwork orientation Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:30–18:00; Saturdays, 08:30–14:00 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00–$17,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
