The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, quoting, and coordinating the human and material resources required to carry out display, stand, and retail furniture projects. They must prioritize tasks, perform product breakdowns, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines, costs, and established quality standards are met. Main responsibilities: * Plan and prioritize activities related to display and furniture projects. * Prepare detailed quotations breaking down costs, materials, and production timelines. * Coordinate and manage internal and external resources for project execution. * Perform analysis and product breakdown using design tools and blueprints (AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, etc.). * Supervise compliance with deadlines and quality standards on all deliverables. * Negotiate with suppliers and external manufacturing managers to secure favorable conditions and adherence to quality standards. * Evaluate and develop specialized suppliers for various materials (metal, acrylics, wood, civil works, etc.). Essential requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in raw material and service quotation within the furniture, displays, stands, and scenography industry. * Advanced knowledge in interpreting and developing blueprints using software such as AutoCAD, Maxcut, Solidworks, or similar. * Extensive knowledge in material analysis and optimization. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). * Ability to manage multiple projects, work in teams, and provide leadership. * Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
