The role has a dual mission: lead the adoption of new applications within the ecosystem that we have not yet leveraged, and develop custom features as required by business needs. The role will collaborate closely with external consultants, ensuring implementations follow best practices and that the company retains technical autonomy over its tools. **Primary Responsibilities** * Functional Architecture: Explore, configure, and deploy Zoho One applications (Books, Inventory, Desk, Projects, etc.) according to each department’s requirements. * Technical Development: Program custom functions, automations, and buttons using Deluge Scripting. * Third-Party Oversight: Serve as the technical counterpart to the external consultancy, validating that delivered developments are optimal and scalable. * Ecosystem Integration: Ensure data flows correctly between the CRM and other Zoho One applications. * Internal Consulting: Advise department leaders on leveraging Zoho tools to optimize their processes. **Essential Technical Requirements** * Experience: 2–3 years implementing and administering Zoho One (full suite). * Programming: Proficiency in Deluge (mandatory for advanced customization). * API Knowledge: Ability to understand and implement Webhooks and REST connections. * Process Orientation: Understanding of logistics, sales, and administrative workflows to translate them into the tool. **Key Skills** * Technical Curiosity: Ability to “explore” new Zoho applications, grasp their logic, and propose use cases. * Architectural Thinking: Not only solves today’s problem but also builds a data structure that serves future needs. * Management Capability: Ability to prioritize tasks—what to configure independently versus what to escalate to the external consultancy. **Competencies** * Architectural Thinking: Capacity to design scalable solutions. * Assertive Communication: Translating business needs into technical language. * Self-Management and Proactivity: Ability to explore new tools without constant supervision.
