




Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining inventory, safeguarding materials, analyzing movements in SAP, ensuring accurate data entry and picking, and complying with institutional programs and audits. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end inventory and materials management 2. SAP movement analysis for optimization 3. Leadership in institutional program compliance and audits **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Maintain optimal spare parts and materials inventory. Ensure proper safeguarding of spare parts and materials across both plants. **Analyze correct movements in the SAP system for:** Warehouses, dry goods, meat products, and spare parts—including consigned items. Maintain real-time data entry of ingredients, packaging, and raw materials during one’s shift to ensure optimal variable cost. Keep procedural manuals, PDAs, and PDPs up to date. Ensure accurate picking of ingredients, packaging, and meat products, releasing each picked carton. Comply with institutional programs (TPM, 5S, BPM, HACCP, Safety—12 Best Practices). Ensure monthly inventories conducted by Internal Audit show zero discrepancies. Use warehouse equipment and facilities correctly. Train personnel and schedule vacations and overtime for supervised staff. Comply with supervisor-level safety programs. Manage the work area using (TPM implementation) the supervision dashboard. Comply with AMR—both KPI tracking and monthly updates. **INFORMATION AND REPORTS TO GENERATE:** Daily consumption and expense reports to Plant Management and department heads. Monthly report on inventory reduction, order administration, delays, imports, and management of their arrival. Monthly report on audit progress and operational effectiveness. Attendance at assigned subcommittee and HACCP meetings. Quarterly staff evaluations under the work program. Schedule safety and BPM training. Conduct effective audits and present ACCs per the exposure calendar. Train staff on institutional programs (Supervision, 5S). Follow up on month-end closing with Internal Audit. Conduct monthly cyclical inventories. Track pending items from internal and external audits. Participate in safety briefings. Implement and monitor correct application of the 12 Best Practices tool. **REQUIREMENTS:** Logistics and Supply Chain Engineering degree, Business Administration degree, Industrial Engineering degree, or related field. Relevant industry experience. SAP proficiency preferred.
