




Job Summary: Manage and control on-site material inventory, from receipt and safeguarding to dispatch, ensuring proper handling. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for comprehensive on-site inventory control 2. Receives, safeguards, and arranges materials 3. Safely executes dispatch of materials and chemicals **OBJECTIVE:** Execute and maintain control over on-site inventory to ensure proper handling of materials under the incumbent's responsibility—from material receipt, safeguarding and arrangement, to proper dispatch to the client. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive materials arriving at the Site for accurate physical and system registration and placement. * Safeguard materials physically and in the system for accurate tracking. * Arrange, clean, and preserve materials located at the Site. * Execute dispatch at the counter and point of use. * Properly dispatch and handle chemicals, following safety protocols (where applicable). * Perform any other duties required in support of the position or department. * Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Adhere to the Company’s current Health, Safety, and Environment procedures. * Know and follow area procedures documented in the IMS. Requirements: **EDUCATION:**Secondary school **EXPERIENCE:**1 year as a Warehouse Associate **KNOWLEDGE:**1. Knowledge of material dispatch and safeguarding. 2. Knowledge of 5S. 3. Service orientation. 4. Inventory management
