




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operation, availability, and operational continuity of virtual reality games, networks, hardware, and software, guaranteeing an immersive and secure experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the proper operation of VR gaming systems and equipment. 2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical failures. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and network. Position Objective: Ensure the proper operation, availability, and operational continuity of **virtual reality games, networks, hardware, and software**, guaranteeing an immersive, secure, and uninterrupted experience for customers through timely incident response, preventive maintenance, and specialized technical support. Responsibilities: · Supervise the proper operation of **VR gaming systems**, networks, computing equipment, and peripheral devices. · Promptly diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical failures. · Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on equipment, gaming stations, servers, and network. · Monitor system performance before, during, and after gaming sessions. · Install, configure, and update required software, firmware, and operating systems for operations. · Provide **on-site technical support** during operations to minimize downtime. · Document incidents, applied solutions, and technical reports. · Coordinate with vendors or external support in case of specialized failures. · Ensure compliance with **cybersecurity and physical security** protocols for equipment.
