(VERIFIABLE) **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Review invitations to participate in tenders from various clients and monitor them on the corresponding platforms. * Coordinate the proper compilation of technical-economic proposals requested in tenders (private construction projects). * Analyze technical information provided by clients (drawings: earthworks, foundations, masonry, finishes, light and heavy steel structures, hydrosanitary installations, HVAC, fire protection systems, special systems). * Prepare a catalog of items, considering all scopes according to the executive project. * Quantify work volumes and materials. * Analyze ordinary and extraordinary unit prices, seeking project profitability and client acceptance (material yield, labor, tools, and machinery). * Prepare comparative tables enabling technical and economic evaluation of the best proposals. * Negotiate budgets with clients and contractors. * Analyze indirect costs, FASAR, financing, and profit. * Manage and develop subcontractors and suppliers. * Prepare escalation clauses.
