Cubilete, Guadalajara, Jalisco * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Modality: In-person **Job Objective** Coordinate, implement, and monitor the Annual Training Plan, ensuring compliance with legal requirements before the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), as well as the development of competencies for operational and administrative staff. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, coordinate, and implement the Annual Training Plan. * Identify training needs (DNC) by position and department. * Manage and issue DC-3 and DC-5 certificates in accordance with STPS guidelines. * Ensure compliance with STPS Competency Standards. * Coordinate internal and external trainers. * Document training processes, manuals, and evidence. * Keep documentation updated for audits and reviews. * Deliver courses and workshops when required. * Prepare progress and compliance reports for the training plan. * Support personnel certification and recertification processes. **Required Experience and Knowledge** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training. * Demonstrable knowledge of STPS regulations. * Proficiency in DC-3 and DC-5 formats. * Knowledge of Competency Standards. * Experience in process documentation. * Experience in security or cleaning companies is desirable. * Compensation and Benefits Salary: $17,000 MXN net monthly.
