




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide customer service, develop and deliver courses on CONTPAQi® systems, and manage logistics and participant certification. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and telephone/on-site support 2. Course and workshop development and delivery 3. Group management and teaching-learning methodologies **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Accounting, or related field. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: · Provide telephone or on-site customer support regarding questions about system usage and configurations. · Report hours spent on implementation project activities, hours spent on answered calls and delivered services, including the number of participants attended per course, workshop, or seminar. · Place orders for billable services. · Develop syllabi and content for courses, workshops, and seminars. · Prepare necessary materials for delivering various courses, workshops, and seminars. · Provide information on dates, costs, and content of courses, workshops, and seminars upon client request. · Deliver courses, workshops, and seminars on the use of CONTPAQi® systems. · Maintain attendance records for courses, workshops, and seminars delivered by completing designated registration forms. · Assist with logistics for courses, workshops, and seminars. · Print participation certificates for course and workshop attendees. **KNOWLEDGE:** Teaching-learning methodologies Group management Information technologies oriented toward education Group facilitation processes **DESIRED:** EC0217.01 and DC5 certification Use of SAT website and CONTPAQi® software **OFFERED:** Base salary, statutory benefits, and commission scheme.
