




Job Summary: Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring the proper operation of systems, servers, and computer equipment through ticketing and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for systems, networks, and hardware. 2. Ticket management and in-person/remote customer support. 3. Proficiency in Linux/Windows operating systems and SQL databases. Job Objective: Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring the proper operation of systems, servers, and computer equipment through ticket handling, preventive and corrective maintenance, and management of technological platforms. Required Technical Knowledge 1. Ticket Management \- Experience with ticketing systems (OTRS, Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.) \- Documentation and tracking until incident resolution \- Problem prioritization based on impact 2. Operating Systems \- Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian): administration, services, terminal, updates \- Windows Server / Desktop: Active Directory, GPOs, network configuration 3. Networking \- Fundamental concepts: IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls \- Diagnosing connectivity and network issues 4. Hardware and Peripherals \- Installation, diagnosis, and repair of equipment \- Configuration of printers, scanners, and other devices 5. Customer / End-User Support \- In-person and remote support (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) \- Clear, non-technical explanations of solutions 6. Documentation and Reporting \- Creation of technical manuals and operational procedures \- Reports on support activities and applied solutions 7. Databases \- Proficiency in MySQL, SQL Server, MariaDB \- Basic queries: SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE \- Backups, restoration, and database maintenance \- Use of tools such as DBeaver, SSMS, phpMyAdmin Personal Skills and Competencies \- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical users \- Strong organizational and task-tracking abilities \- Proactivity and preventive thinking \- Problem-solving under pressure \- Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment \- Collaborative work with other IT departments Desirable / Not Mandatory \- Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA A\+, Linux Essentials, MCSA \- Familiarity with virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper\-V) \- Basic knowledge of backups, security policies, and antivirus solutions Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
