We are currently seeking an on-site technical support technician to join our team in the state of Yucatán, with the following profile: Requirements: * Teamwork skills * Technical degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field * Gender: Unrestricted * Knowledge of structured cabling * Proficiency in Windows operating system * Excellent spelling * Willingness to travel within or outside the state * Motorcycle or automobile driver’s license (not mandatory but preferred) Responsibilities: * Providing customer service at various locations across the state * Supporting tickets at various locations across the state * Performing cabling and system commissioning at various locations across the state We offer: * Net salary of $11,200.00 * Additional statutory benefits * Overtime pay * Travel allowances * Positive work environment Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $9,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work location: On-site employment
