**Job Objective:** Provide timely and efficient technical support to the university community, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and technological services that support academic and administrative activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, printers, and peripheral devices. * Log, track, and document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system. * Support the setup of technology-enabled classrooms, laboratories, and audiovisual equipment. * Collaborate on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Train users on basic use of technological tools when necessary. * Comply with information security policies and IT best practices. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * Prior experience in technical support or user assistance (desirable). * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS and/or Linux). * Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and office productivity software. * Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **Desired Competencies:** * Clear communication and service orientation. * Organization and time management. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Responsibility and confidentiality in handling information. **Job Conditions:** * Work Modality: On-site. * Schedule: Full-time. * Location: University campus.
